Spreading global angel wings

The artist, Colette Miller, created the Global Angel Wings project since 2012 and it has become one of the top Instagrammable spot in the "Instagram City" Los Angeles right now.

Colette Miller is an artist and a round-world traveler. She acclaimed Global Angel Wings Project went from an artistic effort to relieve Angelenos from daily ad bombardment to a social phenomenon.
