RISD Museum
A few weekends ago, I had the chance to visit RISD's art museum briefly before a campus tour. I had just assumed that it would be a display of student work, but I was very much wrong. I ended up staying for more than an hour, looking at each exhibition on five floors of art spanning from European, Ancient Greek, Asian, to modern art. Below were some of my favorite pieces:
This was part of the repair and design futures exhibit, on reconstructing materials from repaired clothing.
This was the entrance to the drag exhibit, I wasn't allowed to take any pictures here but it was a quite insightful short film on cross-gender performances in film and media.
